You can automate the stages of your Labra Referral object based on the stages of your Opportunities.

For that, you will need to define the corresponding stages between your Opportunities and the Labra Referral.

The Labra Referral Stages are the following: 

Prospect, Qualified, Technical Validation, Business Validation, Committed, Launched, and Closed Lost.
