What does smart onboarding mean?

With smart onboarding, customers can establish all the essential profile details, company details, and cloud integrations in under five minutes so that all the marketplace operations are handled from within Labra’s platform.

Note: This does not mean your marketplace listing is ready in five minutes. It only means you have the Labra account setup, company details, and marketplace integration ready and you are set to make your Marketplace listing experience effortless.

How does smart onboarding onto Labra work?

Follow the below steps to onboard onto the Labra Platform:

1. After successfully purchasing and subscribing to Labra, you will receive an email with the subject ‘Labra: Setup your account’.
2. Open that email and click on the button ‘Setup Your Account’.
3. Simply set a password for your account, the required user profile details, and your set authentication for your account.
4. Once your password and other setup are complete, log in to your Labra account from https://app.labra.io/.
5. From the first screen, simply select Flyout and the Cloud you wish to onboard on and submit the page. Example – AWS Marketplace.
6. On the next page fill in your entire company details like your company name, logo, industry website, etc, and check the boxes for the AWS requirement that needs to be completed to move ahead.
7. Lastly, customers whose companies are incorporated in an AWS-approved seller country and looking to create a new listing or migrate their existing one to Labra need to complete the last step for ‘Cloud settings’. Wherein you’ll need to provide certain details which will allow Labra to help you manage your listings and private offers from our platform or the purchased CRM connector. 

Note: For customers, whose listing will be managed by Labra the onboarding will be completed after Step 6.

Once onboarded onto Labra, users can invite their team members and collaborate within the app to complete all the essential steps to get their listing up and running. The self-guided process comes with ample examples and brings all essential, up-to-date information in the same view making the process of setting up your listing seamless.
